For best fit consider age and weight, but also measure length. To do this measure your baby from the shoulder to bottom of their feet. Then to that measurement add approx 4-6 inches and choose the sleep sack size closest to this length. This will allow them lots of room for movement and some growth.
Do not order the sleep sack on the big side so your baby can "grow into it", this could lead to a safety issue if the sack is too big. Our design and fabrics provide ample room for growth.

Other Considerations
Sleeves - Adding Sleeves will also make sleep sack warmer during cooler seasons. This is an optional features on all sleep sacks.
Clothing under sleep sack - What you put under your baby will affect their overall warmth. For example with in high summer a onesie may be perfect under a bamboo sleep sack and in winter a thicker knit cotton or fleece sleeper.
