Shipping - The majority of our products are custom made upon order placement, if all fabric and notions are in stock we will ship within 5-10 business days. If we are out of stock on our items you will be notified when our estimated ship date will be. Shipping is generally Canada Post. If a rush order is required please contact us and we will do our best to accomadate you. International orders outside the US and Canada are subject to shipping cost increase where necessary. You will be notified before order is processed in this case.
Local Pick Up - We will always accomodate local pick up in either Prince Edward County or Whitby Ontario, just contact us!
Security - We have gone to great lengths to ensure this website is secure protecting both you and us. Our entire site has a dedicate IP address and an SSL certificate by GEO trust. On each page you can double click the GEOtrust icon to verify our certificate details. Our shopping cart is secured via an SSL certificate from Verisign, this icon you can see when you are in the shopping cart.
Privacy - Privacy is as important to us as it is to you. We will never sell or give information to anyone. Shipping, billing and payment info collected is to fill orders, answer questions and notify customers of an promotions or special offers.
